Today he is acting a little sick, just a cold, but enough to where he likes to cuddle with me. Which is the best. I don't like having sick kids because its no fun. But a little sick...I like the cuddles :)
Every time we go eat dinner at gammy and grandpas house I feel like I need him to experience messy eating. I don't know why I want to do this, its always a mess and I'm not home to give him a bath after.

Lately Eli and our neighbors dog, Bowie, have become best buds. Bowie is so gentle and lays next to Eli and lets him poke his eyes out. The pictures are terrible.
Eli's favorite thing to do with his mommy is to help her with the dishes. Its interesting how differently I load the dishwasher now with little hands in it all the time.
Eli has finally learned to crawl "correctly". For a long time he's been army crawling. Finally that tummy is off the floor. Here are 2 videos. One when he just learned how to army crawl and one from today.
I can't believe that he will be a year old in just a month and a half. I thought it would be fun to see it in progression:
